Responsibilities:
* To ensure all materials are sufficient in the store
* To ensure materials received from supplier are in good condition and as per PO and comply with PBAPP specifications
* To ensure materials in Store are in good condition, properly stacked and safe
* To ensure ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 documents are properly kept and practiced accordingly and comply towards it
* To ensure physical parts tally with the Service Alliance System’s quantity
* Responsible to monitor mobile warehouse inventory
* To perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
* Possess minimum STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications (approved by MQA)
* Minimum 8 years working experience in administration field and good accounting knowledge
* Good knowledge in Service Alliance & Oracle system is an added advantage
* Able to operate forklift or electric lift
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office
* Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude, initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
